All merchandise is made and fulfilled with care. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. 

All Sales Are Final 

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including: 

  • Incorrect size selection 

  • Change of mind 

  • Accidental purchase 

Please double-check sizing, item details, and shipping information before placing your order. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

The only exception to our final sale policy is if your order arrives: 

  • Damaged 

  • Defective 

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent) 

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: 

Include: 

  • Your order number 

  • A description of the issue 

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging 

If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued. 

Non-Eligible Situations 

We are unable to offer replacements for: 

  • Items reported after 7 days of delivery 

  • Normal wear and tear 

  • Items damaged after delivery 

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
