Collegiate Products and Non-Pro Logo Products
Any collegiate cards/products or cards/products without a professional team logo that are pulled in our professional league group breaks will always be shipped to their current team or location stated on the card/product (unlicensed products).
- If the player is retired or a free agent, the card/product will go to the team the player spent the majority of their career in terms of years played (longest tenure).
- If the player played for multiple teams for the same amount of time in terms of years, the team they played the most games for will determine the tie break.
- If the player has never been on a professional team (NIL), the card/product will be randomized to all people in the break, unless a NIL spot is sold as part of the break.
- If the card/product is a coach and he/she is designated as a player on the card/product, not a coach, it will go to the team he/she played for in their respective league following the tenure guidelines stated above.
- If the player did not play in their respective league but they coached in their respective league, the card/product will go to the team they coached for.
$1 Auction Bids
Effective Date: March 31, 2026
To stay aligned with Fanatics Live and Whatnot platform practices, we will honor all $1 bids if payment is immediately processed, regardless of platform technical issues.

Official Policy on Multi Team/Multi Player Cards
Whatnot
If there is a majority owner defined by 51% or more (i.e. Justin owns two of the three teams on the card) they get the card.
If even distribution of teams/players, meaning there is no majority and equal ownership (i.e. Justin owns two of the four teams/players and Stacie owns the other two teams/players on the card), then we randomize.
Fanatics Live
Randomize everything (per Fanatics recommendation), unless ALL stakeholders agree to handle ownership off air.
Return to Sender Policy
Packages may be returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect addresses, delivery issues, or failure to claim. When this occurs, the package is logged upon receipt and held securely while next steps are determined based on the purchase platform.
What Happens If Your Package Is Returned
Once a package is marked Return to Sender and delivered back to us, it is logged and held securely while we determine next steps. The process varies slightly depending on the platform where your purchase was made.
Whatnot Orders
For returned Whatnot orders:
- We notify Whatnot of the return.
- We await direction from Whatnot before proceeding.
- You will be contacted by Whatnot if updated shipping details are needed.
- If Whatnot is unable to confirm address, your package may be directed to Whatnot's facility.
Fanatics Live Orders
For returned Fanatics Live orders:
- We will contact you via Fanatics Live within 7 days of receiving the return.
- You must confirm your correct shipping address.
- We will provide reshipping options and costs after confirmation.
- Reshipping fees typically start around $5, depending on package size and destination.
- Orders are reshipped once payment is received
If no response is received:
- After 30 days from return, the order is considered unclaimed.
- Unclaimed packages may be opened and handled at our discretion, including recycling, donation, or resale. Any resale proceeds are retained by WeTheHobby.
- Reshipping fees are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid prior to shipment
Fanatics Live Serial Redemption Policy
For cards that are serial numbered below 10 per the checklist:
/1 - goes to the 1 spot
/2 - randomized to the 1 and 2 spots (only eligible spots)
/3 - randomized to the 1, 2, and 3 spots (only eligible spots)
/4 - randomized to the 1, 2, 3, and 4 spots (only eligible spots)
/5 - randomized to the 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 spots (only eligible spots)
/6 - randomized to the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 spots (only eligible spots)
/7 - randomized to the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 spots (only eligible spots)
/8 - randomized to the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 spots (only eligible spots)
/9 - randomized to the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 spots (only eligible spots)
/10+ - randomized to entire serial
Base - goes to the 0 spot
International Refused Packages
International packages returned due to refusal are not subject to the holding or waiting periods above and will not be eligible for reshipment.
Important Notes
- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable once shipped.
- Returned packages require additional reshipping fees.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, refused deliveries, or failed delivery attempts due to address errors.
