    What cards qualify?

    All graded cards pulled from WeTheHobby repacks qualify for Buyback. If you pulled your card elsewhere, email us at cards@wethehobby.com and we’ll let you know if we can work with it.
    What if I don’t remember what break the card came from?

    No worries! Just give us as much detail as you can (player, set, year, grade, etc.). Our team will help identify it.
    Can I decline the offer?

    Yes. All offers are no-obligation. If you decline, we’ll return your card quickly and securely.
    Can I negotiate the offer?

    Our offers are based on consistent, transparent market comp data (ALT, CardLadder, eBay, and other public auctions). Because of that, we don’t negotiate individual prices.

    How do payouts work?

    For cards valued up to $25,000, we pay via PayPal.
    For sales above $25,000, we send a secure bank wire.
    You choose the method before we finalize the sale.
    What does “Final Sale” mean?

    Once you approve the offer via email and payment has been sent, the sale is final. We can’t cancel or reverse transactions after payout because market conditions change quickly and inventory moves fast. We want to keep the process fair, transparent, and consistent for the entire community.
